The initial phase focuses on a small range of high-demand parts to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. This limited rollout sets the stage for a planned broader expansion of parts and services.

What is the role of Autonative?

Autonative is a specialist in automotive ecommerce, managing the entire Ford Certified Used Parts programme. This includes everything from the purchase process to product warranties and customer care. Autonative ensures that every step meets a high standard, making the process simple and reliable.

To further support quality and availability, Autonative have partnered with Charles Trent, the UK’s leading vehicle dismantler.

What is Ford’s Role?

All parts in the Ford Certified range will be tested by Autonative to meet strict engineering and quality standards established by Ford. Unlike many other used parts options, Autonative aims to provide parts with fit, finish and performance comparable to new, so customers can buy with confidence. This includes a full one year warranty provided by Autonative.

How does it work?

All Ford Certified Used parts are listed online with clear, upfront pricing and can be shipped to any UK address. Products are graded as either:

• Grade A: “As new” condition
• Grade B: With slight aesthetic defects

Both Grade A and Grade B parts are tested by Autonative in line with Ford Engineering Standards.
