Where does Ford Certified Used Parts store deliver to? 

The Ford Certified Used Parts Webstore delivers to all locations within the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands. 

Do you deliver to addresses outside the UK? 

At this time, we do not offer delivery to addresses outside the United Kingdom. 

Do I have to pay for delivery? 

The Ford Certified Used Parts Webstore offers complimentary standard delivery during the initial period, subject to amendment or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Delivery services are provided by appointed third-party logistics partners.  

How soon will I receive my order? 

Orders are processed within 1 working day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details.

For delivery timings:

- Orders placed before 3:00 pm are typically delivered within 2 working days for mainland UK, excluding Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland

- Orders placed after 3:00 pm are typically delivered within 3 working days for mainland UK, excluding Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability.

What if my order is delayed or never arrives? 

If your order has not been delivered by the expected delivery date, or within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to cancel your order in accordance with UK consumer law.  Where applicable, a full refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days of cancellation. 

While we aim to meet stated delivery timelines, all delivery dates are estimates only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee. The Ford Certified Used Parts Webstore accepts no liability for delivery delays resulting from courier performance, supply chain disruption, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
